and the nature of glass & stone, no two pieces are ever identical.
Each creation is handmade, and there will always be some variations from piece to piece.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are not returnable.
A half deposit is required before I begin to create a custom order.
Before the jewelry is shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you with a photo for your approval.

Shipping
Orders are generally shipped out within 2 days, depending upon availability of materials.
Fine silver jewelry is handmade to order and will ship within 1 week.
